英语谈判中的一些有用的句子
前段时间借的一本英语谈判的书。下面是英语谈判这本书中的摘抄来的一些句子,值得看一下,在英语谈判中,变通一下,也许就能用上:
1 Please correct me if I'm wrong.
(潜在意思: Very the facts so that both sides agree to them.)
2 We appreciate what you've done for us.
(潜在意思: Separate the people from the problem, give personal support to the other person but not to his or her position)
这句话,有点对事不对人的感觉.嗯.感觉谈判中,也应该是这样吧.毕竟business is business,对方所坚持和要求的,全是因为生意。
3 Our concern is fairness.
(潜在意思: Our position is based on principle.)
4 We would like to settle this on the basis not of selfish interest and power, but of principle.
(潜在意思: Defend your position based on the principle, even if the opponent tries to personalize it.)
我觉得这句话有点意思。如果和对方谈判的时候,对方谈到彼此的交情,希望你因此做出让步,那大可以用这句话来回绝。这样,对方也无话可说,毕竟,we are based on principle, not on selfish interest and power.

(潜在意思: Same. Return to the principle of fairness.)
这句话,和上句话,含义差不多。在不同的情况下,也许用得上。这也算是这2句话的变通吧。

其实,我觉得这句话,在谈判中,应该很有意思。问这句话的人,表面上是要对方看看我例举的事实是否正确,但是,事实上,这些事实肯定大部分是正确的。在对方回答了Yes或者right之后,所需要的结论也就出来了,这样,好像就有点不容对方反驳了,因为那些事实,对方自己都承认了阿。

呵呵,我觉得这句话,好像没什么意义。如果谁来问我这句话,我肯定会在心里想:我的原则,关你什么事?凭啥要告诉你?而且,我还感觉这句话是不是有点咄咄逼人的味道?不喜欢。呵呵。

(潜在意思: Use "active listening"-- Clarify your understanding of the other's position.)
这样的话,觉得还是有好处的。毕竟双方谈了这么久,是不是互相理解对方了?把这个问题澄清一下,对于谈判的下一步,只有好处,没有坏处吧。

我没理解潜在意思这句话。是不是rational这个词不对?还是Rational的含义,还有其他含义?不过,这句话倒是比较好理解,就是把自己理解有问题的地方,说出来,让对方解释和澄清一下。这样,免得双方因为误会达成不必要的结果了。
11 One fair solution might be.
(潜在意思: Present your proposal in context of the principle/fairness.)
我估计所谓的公平的解决方案,也就是自己认为的吧,或者最后双方妥协的结果吧。不过,提出自己的解决方案,好过没有解决方案。
